This article will explain in detail how to restore apps on both iPhone and Android devices. The process differs between iPhone and Android.

For iPhone

On iPhone, if you chose "Remove from Home Screen" when deleting an app, it hasn't actually been deleted. It's just stored in the "App Library", an app listing page, so you can easily restore it from there!

Restoring Apps from the App Library

  1. Swipe all the way to the right on your home screen to display the App Library.
  2. Tap the “search bar” and enter the name of the app you want to restore.

If "Add to Home Screen" Doesn't Appear, Update iOS!

If you're struggling because "Add to Home Screen" doesn't appear, your iOS might not be updated to the latest version. Check it by tapping "Settings" > "General" > "Software Update."

If the App is Completely Deleted, Re-download It

If you can't find the app in the App Library, it may have been completely deleted (uninstalled). In this case, you'll need to re-download it from the App Store.

  1. Lunch the “App Store”.
  2. Tap the "Search" tab at the bottom of the screen.
