[Android] Clock and battery Widget is not updating in Real Time, what should I do?

If the clock or battery widget does not update in real time, please try the following

1. Update the app to the latest version.

Please make sure you are using the latest version of the app. 3.1.0 fixes the clock-related update issue.

2. Check if the power saving mode function or other functions working badly[Important].

WidgetClub requires Android to update every minute, but if the battery is low, Android may stop updating the widget. Please check if the device's setting "Battery Optimization" is not turned on, or if you have not installed any apps that will be in power saving mode.

How to turn off "Battery optimization" of the device and prioritize updating widgets


  1. Open the "Settings" application.

  2. Tap "Apps and Notifications".

  3. Tap "Advanced"

  4. Tap "Special App Access".

  5. Tap "Battery optimization (or power saving feature)".

  6. Tap "Non-optimized apps" and select "All apps".

  7. Tap "WidgetClub" when the list of apps is displayed.

  8. select "Do not optimize" and tap "Done".
