What is Dynamic Island?

Dynamic Island is a feature available on iPhone 14 Pro and later models that uses the black pill-shaped area at the top of the screen to display notifications and activities. Here are its main functions:

• Shows apps running in the background
• Opens active apps with a tap

For example, when using the timer app, the countdown information remains visible in Dynamic Island even after closing the app. Tapping Dynamic Island instantly brings up the active timer.

• Displays status for voice calls, video calls, voice memos, and AirDrop connections
• Can show up to two apps simultaneously

Basic Operations

Using Dynamic Island is surprisingly simple. Here's how:

1. Launch an app.
2. Swipe up from the bottom to close it (keeping it running in the background).

3. It automatically appears in Dynamic Island.
4. Tap Dynamic Island to open the app.

5. Long press for quick controls.

4. The effect will be displayed for a while. (Effects that only appear in Mico's apps are also cute!)
