If the Live Wallpaper Does Not Work Properly

Solution 1: Check if the Play Button is ON

In the editing screen for setting the lock screen (the 5th part of the setup method described above), please check if the 'Play' button is turned ON! You can toggle it ON and OFF by tapping.

To check this status, please follow these steps to go to the lock screen editing screen:

  1. Display the iPhone's lock screen and long-press the screen with your finger.

  2. Tap 'Customize'.

  3. Select 'Lock Screen'.

This will display the editing screen.

Solution 2: Try a Different Format of Live Wallpaper

If the wallpaper does not play even when the play button is ON, it might be because the movement in the video is too subtle for the iPhone to detect. In this case, you need to download a different format of live wallpaper.

1. Return to the WidgetClub's live wallpaper edit screen or setting page

If Part of the Created Live Wallpaper Appears Broken

If parts of the live wallpaper look jagged or broken, it might be because the movement in the video is too fast for the iPhone to convert properly.

(For example, a BTS dance video could not be converted properly due to their fast movements 😢)

Solution: Slow Down the Speed in the Live Wallpaper Editing Screen and Download Again

If the wallpaper appears broken, try selecting 'Slower' in the video editing screen. This might resolve the issue. Please give it a try!

(Setting it to 'Slower' allowed the BTS dance video to be converted into a live wallpaper without any issues!)
