Okuizome is a ceremony performed on the 100th day, counting the day the baby was born as day 1. However, it may vary by region or be adjusted slightly before or after, so it doesn't necessarily have to be exactly on the 100th day.
Furthermore, some people set the date considering "Rokuyo" (six-day calendar) such as Taian or Butsumetsu. Taian is considered an "auspicious day for all things," so it's often performed on this day.
